The Story

This musical retelling of Pride and Prejudice set in modern day New York City tells the story of four individuals’ unconventional searches for love. After Austin’s life is turned upside down when he walks in on his girlfriend with another man, his brother Jeff drags him back into the dating scene. Simultaneously, Diana urges the recently single and broken-hearted Marcy to look for a man who is absolutely wrong. Out on a double date with Jeff and Diana, Marcy finds Austin, the perfectly imperfect candidate. As the two realize they could not be more different, they recognize that they do in fact love each other, because.
